how many cals lose weight in 2 months

135 pounds. Want to lose weight- around 25 lbs. I am a female, 18, at 65 inches.

I will be working 8 hr job p/day, 5 days a week for 6 weeks out doing manual labor in the sun (on the beach).

Willing to do more exercise- love to run.

Can I lose 25 lbs in 2 months? And, how many calories would I need to eat to ensure that?

Eating healthy is the key to lose weight. Your work will cover the required exercise. If you still feel a morning brisk walk or running would help.

at 5'5" 110 lbs would be underweight. focus on your health and building muscle if you're worried about how you look in a bikini.

I can tell you that it is not easy. So I am going to respond you your question based on my experiences of loosing weight.

First, you have to want to loose weight... I mead come to grips that you have an issue with food. Some may say an eating disorder... If you really want to you can make the sacrifices needed to loose the weight.

You can find something health (most of the time) and most nice places will let you substitute to make the meal more diet friendly. For example, I went to a steak place. Ordered chicken, had them replace the Potatoes with vegetables.

Alcohol is an issue. I personally have "quit" drinking during my weight loss phase. I went two years with only drinking 3 beers in that time. If you are going to drink, really try to limit it. I know some on that drinks rum and diet coke. the will have one rum and diet coke, then a plain diet coke, then a second... Try to not load up with extra calories.

Be honest with your friends and family.. if they say, Hey lets go to the Pizza parlor.. be honest tell them, sounds like fun, but I am really trying to get my weight down and eat healthier, can we go to "Fresh Choice" instead? Again this comes down to really wanting to loose the weight.

If you make an account on myfitnesspal, it will calculate your calories based on your goal weight and exercise level.

It would take severe calorie restriction to go from 135 to 110 lbs in two months. Your body might not want to give that much up since you are at a healthy weight already. It is possible though. I went from 134 lbs to 94 lbs in 6 months and im 5'4". granted its not as fast a weight loss as you are looking for but it can happen when you hardly eat any food. I was managing less than 1000 calories most days. During about three months in, it was less than 500 calories a day.
