how can i stop my weight loss

Hi EVeryone

Ok a bit of a weird question but how can i stop or totally slow down my weight loss? I have been paleo for 14 weeks and lost 20lbs in addition to the 120lbs i'd already lost over the last 9 years myself.

I had a tummy tuck last october and that took away a lot of my loose skin. This last 5lbs has left me looking more like a deflated balloon than ever before and whilst i want to be fit, lean and healthy, I also need to look in the mirror and feel ok too and looking like a 100 year old wrinkled person is not going to make me feel that way. Also I have also noticed this last 5lb's it's making it so that everytime I have to lay down I have to readjust my skin to be comfortable. This lose skin also will make it uncomfortable to run.

I don't look like the wrinke granny yet (well not totally ha) but I don't really want to go there at all.

I still have probably around 14 - 24lb's to lose to be perfect weight I am 160lb's and 5'4''

I am fit and exercise most days. I eat 3 big meals a day and snacks, not tracked cals but must be around the 2500 mark so am eating lots. I know it's not paleo but will adding some lentils or beans in work? My carbs are noramlly 2 banana's, 2 sweet potatoes, plus lots of other veg every day i think about 100 - 120g a day probably?

Anyone got any ideas??

Cheers :)

thanks everyone and thanks VB :) i'll definately add more fat in, that should be good for skin.. how i lost the weight.. slowly over last 9 years.. i stopped dieting and focussed on mending my horrific relationship with food I guess while eating better and exercising more but this was a slow learning curve. my mantra was 'everymouthful matters, every footstep matters' and that eating is for life not just for the duration of a 'diet' I have done paleo to try and heal my chronic health conditons (has had amazing results) and as a fab side effect have lost another load of weight..

Then add more saturated fat (lard, etc.) and Kerrygold butter. Grass-fed full cream.

i was trying to limit my intake of nuts.. have been eating tons of the things probably 100 maybe even 150g a day but it's affecting my hormones i think so was going to just limit them to like 25g a day and up coconut milk, avocados, etc to get more fats.

Look at a brazil nut. You can burn them like a candle....

Increase your protien and fat intake while working out. You'll gain muscle and tighten your skin while losing.

What kind of exercise ? Maybe you need to pump some serious iron & build muscle/testosterone? http://www.trulyhuge.com/weighttrainingandtestosterone.htm
