I have had both knees replaced, weigh about 230 pounds, have arthritis in many areas, and fibromyalgia, and 65 years old. What exercises are the best in my condition. Unable to get down on my knees. I have tried pool ecercise and that works well but I don't a pool within 50 miles of me.

I would start with some easy yoga. You can watch a variety of beginner yoga for free on youtube (my favorite is Basic Yoga for Dummies). It may feel hard at first, but if you practice daily, you will begin to feel stronger and more lithe. Then you may find that a walk around the block doesn't bother you as much. Or even getting on a bike if the walking is too stressful on the knees.
