Do you recommend paleo protein shakes? If so, which one. Or do you have a homemade recipe?

I wonder if you could make a 30-20-50 macro shake that didn't taste horrible. I threw 4oz of beetroot juice + 4oz of carrot juice + 2tsp of coconut oil + 2 raw eggs into cronometer. I bet that is a disgusting drink, haha.

(This would be a fun optimization problem.. if there was a way to maximize nutrition / flavor / macro ratios.)

No.

Get your protein from your food. If you eat just a bit of lean meat each day you will get plenty. If you wish to consume more protein than you really need (i.e. you're a body builder, wrestler or something), just eat a can of tuna and some lean cuts of steak.

Most people will do fine with 15-20% of calories from protein. You can get by with much less. Just one or two meaty meals a day will usually do this for you. It doesn't even need to be "lean" meat.
