Get your protein from your food. If you eat just a bit of lean meat each day you will get plenty. If you wish to consume more protein than you really need (i.e. you're a body builder, wrestler or something), just eat a can of tuna and some lean cuts of steak.
Most people will do fine with 15-20% of calories from protein. You can get by with much less. Just one or two meaty meals a day will usually do this for you. It doesn't even need to be "lean" meat.
