I'm currently 186lbs and looking to lose fat and put on muscle as most people wanna do but i want to stay the same weight. My current diet consist of breakfast-eggs, oatmeal, some berries and veges of some sort. lunch-salad with lean meat and some good fats. pre workout- apple with almond butter or a paleo kit. post workout- 2 scoops whey protein in 8oz full fat milk and 8oz water. dinner- fish or steak, steamed veges and sweet potato or squash. Is there anything I can modify to my diet to gain better results. thank you for your answers in advance

I mean, you're strength training 4 days a week, then doing crossfit And cardio, you might want to cut back on one of those if you plan to incorporate a true HIIT program like sprint 8 from Ready Set Go by Phil Campbell..

I do workout 4 strength days a week and incorporate crossfit training 3-5 times per week. I also do cardio before strength days. So hopefully with my diet and activity i'll get those results. Thanks

HIIT - http://paleohacks.com/questions/171694/does-this-article-and-do-these-studies-show-that-vlc-diet-in-general-is-inferio#axzz2Qq29pTsl . Your diet alone is NOT going to get you body Recomposition.. You need a balanced diet along with vigorous exercise spread throughout the week. Anyone who says otherwise either doesn't know what they're talking about, or doesn't know what they're talking about.

Your diet is fine, but there is absolutely no evidence that your diet, or any other diet will get you favorable body Recomposition assuming adequate micros/macros are already being met and assuming you're eating whole foods in their natural state (veggie oils and corn oils automatically get disqualified here). You need physical stimuli so your body understands how to partition said nutrients!
