8 weeks paleo, not losing weight!

So, let's see if you can find the reason why paleo isn't working for me! My body is like a rock, won't change easily. I exercise 4-5 times a week, doing resistance training, long walks and sprinting. I'm 170cm and 57kg, so 5.5 tall and 125 lbs. I'm definitely not fat but I've gained weight after moving to London and want to get rid of it. I'm 25 years old female.

 

So, this is what I have during normal days:

B: 2 eggs, tomato, mushrooms, zucchini (some bacon on the weekends) 9:00

L: salmon, veggies/salad, one avocado 12:00

snack: 30g mixed nuts, celery, watermelon, few dates 14:00

D: chichen breast, sweet potato, salad and/or veggies 18:00

snack: quark with rasberries or strawberries and some nuts 21:00

During weekends I have about 5 glasses of wine roughly. I know this is not good but it can't be the whole reason I'm still not losing weight. 

I feel good and don't think this diet is extremely hard to cope with.. I feel good about have proteine and greens on my plate, trying to eat enough and most of the days I hit 1600ckal/day which I think is enough when I excersise as well. I'd be so happy if the diet would work properly, because I enjoy it! I also didn't have much carbs before this but I still have a lot less now. I also quit all dairy for a month but took it back few weeks back.

The meal plan looks pretty good to me. It doesn't say when you are working out, but I would make sure to time those sweet potatoes for directly after your exercise sessions.  If this is already the case maybe try cutting that late night snack. Good Luck.

The last thing I want to do is to insult you, but the reason you're not losing weight is because your body is smarter than you are.  Why on earth would you want to lose weight?  Please, you're young, don't start this idea of having a weight in your mind that you want to be.  You are eating well, exercising regularly, you're young and healthy.  Please, please let your body be the weight it wants to be.  125 on a 5'5" frame is a lean, healthy weight for you.  Remember, you probably have lots of muscle mass and since muscle weighs more than fat, you are probably quite slender.

I am speaking from experience.  I would give anything to be young again knowing what I know now.  Please, let your body be.

As Debbie already wrote: With 57 kg and 170cm you're perfectly ok! (actually you'd be underweight if you lost more weight) Even if you lose fat tissue and gain muscle, you would GAIN weight, bc muscle outweighs fat. I'm sure you look perfect as you are. You excercise and eat well, so calm down and don't force your body to be thinner. After all, being skinny doesn't mean you're healthy.

While you use take the diest, you may also add Gacinia Coffee Beans Extracs from Healthgenie.in for weight loss. It will help you lot, and also the proper workout.
