Good Morning! Today is my 11th day on 100% Paleo. I've lost 11lbs on my 10 day weigh-in and at least 1 pant size. I'm literally pulling pants off without unbuttoning them that were tight on me at Christmas. My diet before was loaded with artificial sweetners through diet drinks and Splenda in coffee, lots of sugar and moderate carbs. I started at 185 on Dec 28 and this morning I'm 174 at 5'7". I'm worried that this is a honeymoon phase and that I will stall out soon. I'm doing some weight training and cardio through walking. I do one or the other 5 days per week. Also, it seems my seborrhic dermatitis is in remission since starting the diet. Thanks for any feedback.

Great work so far! You are really an inspiration. Today is day 2 of paleo for me and I refuse to weigh myself because I get a bit obsessed as this is a way to recover from an eating disorder. But my clothes fit very well. Keep it up!
