Why am I gaining weight?

I am on day 25 of my first Whole30. Everything was great until about day 20. I began to not feel hunger so I slightly changed how I was eating. I am eating less fruit now and meals that are filling. I began to notice that the decaf coffee I was drinking was upsetting my stomach so I cut that out too. This morning I stepped on the scale and I'm gaining! To be fair, I measured and I have lost inches but the weight gain scared me. Am I doing something wrong?

Weight up + inches down = PERFECT

Keep doing what you're doing...and great job on listening to your body. Sounds like you are on the path to successful Paleo =)

Throw away the scale. If you look good and feel good, you're doing something right. Weight ain't nothin' but a number.

What's your workout routine look-like? Moderate-high protein + strength training =muscle.
