Need help gaining weight (for a young woman)

Ok, so I just started the Paleo eating style and I have had no negative results so far. I feel great and I have a lot of energy...however

I've been stuck at around 91 lbs, which for my height (5' 3'') is underweight. Also, phisically I'm looking a little boney, and I'd like to have some healthy weight put on to look a little more femenine and just to be healthier overall.

I work out a lot, 3-4 times a week for about 30-60 mins (Ripped and Insanity workouts at my gym) and so I know I should probably eat more because of that, but I still can't seem to put any lbs on with the exception of 1-2 that dissapear by the next week!

I know everyone's body is different, but I'm hoping that by hearing what works from some of you guys out there I can find what works for me.

Ripped and Insanity are the wrong type of workouts for you. Little to no cardio and weight training is what you should be doing. Lift heavy.

If you want to gain weight, I would try cutting down the cardio (4 x 60min sessions a week is a lot) and stick to building muscle via strength training. Have a big breakfast with lots of protein and fat (scrambled eggs w/ avocado + some bacon is great) and make sure you are incorporating starchy veg like sweet potatoes, yams etc. Just keep experimenting and you'll eventually figure out what works best for you.

Ive gained twenty lbs since starting paleo august 2012. 84 lbs to 104 lbs and im 5'5". I do no cardio other than walking and stick o strength training. I do at leadst a lb of meat a day along with protein shakes and lots of oil and butter.
