How to gain weight in 7days ?

Hello All,

I'm very skinny so want to gain weight asap,I joined gym but it Didn't got result. So I'm wondering which food/meals should I introduce to gain some weight and how much of it?

I think more information is needed on what this person is asking. To literally "gain weight fast" on the scale, that's easy (and generally unhealthy). Same with cutting scale weight. Give me 24 hours and I can get my "scale weight" to drop a good 8-10 lbs. I can eat a massive meal (enhanced with terrible quality food) and show an 8-10 lb gain afterward.

To build muscle, you need to do two things: stress the muscle, and then repair it. You stress it through weight-bearing exercise like free weights, yoga, running, vigorous dancing, hiking, racquet sports, etc. You repair it by ensuring your body has an adequate supply of glucose and protein with which to build muscle fiber. High protein intake is good. Glucose intake immediately following a workout is good--your best primal bets for safe glucose are bananas, potatoes (both sweet and white), and white rice.

While rare, this is similar to someone wanting to drop weight in 7 days. There is no short-term fix.

If you want to gain "weight", and literally, I mean just make the scale go really high. Consume an abundance of processed carbohydrates with tons of additives and sodium. Don't stay hydrated and obsess about everything. 7 days of this and I'd venture you can pack on at least 10-15 lbs of "scale weight."

Sorry for the cheeky answer but are you sure there isn't something else going on? I'll throw out the typical answer of eat plenty of high-quality, nutrient-dense food. Lots of fat, protein and tolerated carbohydrates. Lift some weights, mix in a little cardio, walking, activity of some sort. Sleep plenty. Rinse and repeat. Do this with a caloric surplus, most easily achieved by lots of fat and you can see results.

I will assume that you would like to stay paleo while gaining weight given you are on paleo hacks. Some of the best foods to gain muscle mass are meat, especially red meat. The protein will help you build muscle. While trying to gain weight you should also eat starchy vegetables like sweet potatoes. If you are going to eat extra calories be sure you go to the gym and lift weights so you actually build muscle. You also might want to try an intense push up workout to build up muscle fast. Another fast way to gain weight quickly is to take creatine. It will help you lift more and also expands your muscles with water weight. When you begin taking creatine you will gain about 5 lbs in the first week from water weight in your muscles.
