I've been eating Paleo (plus yams & white rice) for about 1 month now. I'm looking to make it more strict and follow the auto-immune protocol for a few months to see what happens. The reason I've been hesitant to begin is because I am 6'1 and weight 155lbs. I can't afford to lose more weight. Cutting out the white rice, yams, and nuts is a frightening thought.
Can anyone recommend how I can pack more calories in on the autoimmune protocol? or what I can eat to maintain my weight?
