I like my water super cold, so I use ice. Is this frowned on with my fellow paleos?

i'm sure ice water is fine, when ancient man came across a streem to drink, that water was pretty icy especially in the winter, i have to say i do prefer my water room temperature but i dont think it really makes much difference.

Not sure there is an easy answer to this question. Other "food religions" such as Macrobiotics frown on ice water. Paleo is quickly turning into a religion as well so maybe this will be covered in the dogma.

I'm the opposite. Warm all the way. Have no idea about the paleoness of it, although I suspect yours is more historically correct.

As from the metabolism part of the paleo thing ? Even less clue.
