PHD recommends drinking mineral water to get some missing nutrients found in Paleo times but I don't recall a density or quantity recommendation. How much do you all drink and of what concentration?

I drink filtered water and occasionally spring water or mineral water, and I drink when thirsty, more when exercising. It's more important that the food you eat is nutrient dense. Drink mineral water when you feel like it, but I wouldn't break the bank to drink fancy water.
