I have read that both water kefir and kombucha are very acidic. I make and drink both these brews and have found my system to have become quite acidic. I'm not sure whether this was caused by the fact that I stopped making my wheatgrass/vegie juice because of a mold problem with the wheatgrass which I have now resolved. There is no sugar left in my brews when I drink them.
