So I've recently got into water kefir, and feel that it's benefiting me. I'm taking pretty small doses, but still am getting a little gassy (I don't think going even smaller on the dosage will help). Will this eventually go away, or is it destined to come with the benefits?
Currently it's about 3-3.5 tablespoons of kefir, mixed with equal amounts water, 2ish times a day, before I eat.
Or is it a sign that my kefir went bad or something? I got grains from Keysands, and did regular cane sugar with blackstrap molasses for my first and second brews.
