I've started Gaps one Week ago because I've had several health issues for years.
One of my problems was (and still is to a certain extent) bloating. My stomach is almost constantly bloated. My stomach sticks out like a basketball (I'm not overweight). And I mean five months pregnant bloated.
Since I'm on GAPS diet it got a little bit better (now I only look like I'm three month pregent). What I've noticed is that I can't drink normal still water (not even one glass) or else it gets worse and I immediately look like I'm five month pregnant again. I don't have the same problem if I drink tea or broth for some reason.
Is it really possible to be allergic to water (that hasn't been heated)? Could there be other reasons? Is there anything that I can do to tolerate water better?
