Hello, all! Quick question: I'm a new high school teacher and now wake up long before the sun rises each morning (I get to work as the sun rises)... How can I compensate for this daily assault on my natural sleep cycle? I have a history of adrenal fatigue and don't want to exacerbate the problem. Thanks!

I would set up two lamps in the bedroom, one an orange light, for when you want to go to sleep, and a very bright blue-white one for when you want to wake up. You can set them on timers if you want.
You'd want to tape over any LEDs in the bedroom and get black out curtains to seal off any light while you sleep, and obviously avoid TV, iPad, etc. use a few hours before sleep, or at least install f.lux, twilight, or similar, or use blue blocker style orange sunglasses.
