Definitely see a doctor - nausea and vomiting for more than 24 hours needs to be addressed. I had crazy nausea a year and a half ago that happened every time after I ate so the doctors knew what kind of tests to run, but if it happens when you stand up, that means it could be all sorts of other issues, nerve, inner ear issues.. you don't want to waste time Googling it until you've seen a doctor.
Try to get some Zofran (generic Ondansetron) if your doctor will allow it - it's a great anti-emetic used for morning sickness and chemo related nausea, and it's been on the market for a long time. It's expensive, but it could give you some peace while the docs run the tests. I only recommend it because I wish I had known to ask for that when I first went in - I went over 6 weeks without eating solid food because they couldn't find anything, and it threw my whole body out of whack. It helped me get to eating again once I got the prescript for it.
