I'm wondering about how Opti Men compares to other options.

If you already spent the money on these, I would just take half the dose or take every other day.

The vitamin A is a bit high. You need more vitamin D to balance it out - either sunshine or supplement. The magnesium oxide is useless. Recommend you supplement 200-400mg of magnesium citrate in the evening. The folic acid is too high as well. The vitamin K is a synthetic K1, not the K2 which is usually recommended. My opinion - look for something better (less toxic). The Jaminet's recommendations here: http://perfecthealthdiet.com/?page_id=1066

I have used them before and I really like it. Usually took only 1/3 of the serving; 1/2 a tablet in the morning and 1/2 tablet with post workout meal.
