Which form(s) of Vitamin B6 is (are) best?

Not consumed: 4-Pyridoxic acid (PA), the catabolite which is excreted in the urine

I heard meat is a good source of it unfortunately cooking it destroys this heat sensitive vitamin, I am trying to grow a pair and try to eat some raw meat but I am way too chicken. If you find out let me know, and I will do the same!
