I just started taking a vitamin K2 supplement.
K2 supposedly ensures that calcium goes where it is supposed to go (and not into soft tissue and joints.
I have heard of some all-cause mortality studies supposedly link milk/calcium consumption to death and a host of other problems.
Perhaps those populations lacked K2 (I have no idea).
So, am I taking my life into my hands by incorporating dairy into my routine every day?
