Hi all, Been Paleo almost 9 month now and going to ask my doc for a blood test.
What most cencerns me is Vitamin D and Calcium levels. Anything else important? Any way to check the Omega 3:6 ratio?
I take no supplements except for Omega 3. I totaly quit grains, legumes, dairy etc. I also don't eat fish/seafood (just dislike).
