Its my understanding that health authorities may say that to get enough vitamin D from sun exposure, you only need to receive half the amount of sun exposure time that it takes to go slightly red (1 MED dose). Whats your take on this? Wouldnt a diet high in antioxidants and other things make you take longer to reach the 1 MED thus you can handle more sun safely compared to one who is on a standard western diet?
