If my poop is always orange after eating anything with beta carotene, does that mean the Vitamin A isn;t being converted or /and absorbed?
cause I know I am Vitamin A deficient because I took too much Vitamin D, but I don't know if I am absorbing it.

Beta-carotene absorption is quite a challenge because it's an extremely water-insoluble compound, which is why it's best consumed with fats. It's probably likely that you're absorbing some of it, but not all, that's what most people do. Most people don't absorb 100% of nutrition. 100% efficiency is not what nature does.
