according to this website, 100g of pork liver has 360% the RDA of vitamin A. would that to be too much to take on a daily basis?

I've found that excessive vitamin A greatly increases the amount of vitamin D I need to keep various skin conditions and allergies in remission. I'd rather just not eat the vitamin A-rich foods and take less vitamin D. If you encounter issues like that, you'll know why.

I kinda think that the reason some people need to hit 80+ ng/ml 25(OH)D in order to keep some condition or another at bay is because their vitamin A intake is too high.

i personally wouldnt go that high, if you are, then like others have said you may want to increase your vitamin d intake. D and A are antagonistic so having adequate D will raise the amount of A your body can deal with-without toxicity.

but again... i would not, that dose is ~18,000ius worth.

Why do you want to eat that much on a daily basis? Variety is the spice of life. Is it too much? Probably not. Overkill? Yep.
