Paleo source of dehydrated veggies

Anyone know where I can buy some dehydrated veggie chips that are Paleo friendly? The only ones I've seen in stores and on Amazon have cooked in Canola Oil. Thanks!

What's a dehydrated veggie chip and why the heck is there any oil on it? Dehydrated veggies don't generally have oil because ,well, they're dehydrated not cooked.

^ Comes out better with palm oil, but lard is alright, I suppose, if you like the taste.

Wonder what would happen if you 'deep'fried them in lard?

I haven't tried this, but I am wondering why oil is necessary if you are dehydrating fresh veg at home? It seems like it might be unnecessary, but I could be wrong :)

Oh, I tried this, awful, just terrible, tasted like soap flakes. Use olive oil and eat them quickly.

Probably the best way would be to get a dehydrator and make your own using coconut oil. I love the (expensive) multi-coloured ones with plantains and assorted veggies. At least Canola is better than soy .
