Not all mushrooms are loaded with Vit D. Only those specifically grown with light to enhance D content. Lots of shrooms are grown in the dark, no sunlight no D.

Certainly! They are great in omelettes and stir fry. Good amount of vitamin D as well!

Yes, mushrooms are allowed. If you can gather it, you can eat it, and mushrooms no doubt can be gathered.
