I love Ranch dip and dressing, but now I can't have those. Is there something simple I can put on my vegetables? Thanks

Just add some heavy cream and you've got creamed spinach.

lemon juice, avocado, avocado mixed with lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, apple cider vinegar (not sure if really paleo, but I use Bragg's raw unfiltered ACV so I assume it must be ok), garlic...the list goes on, just try new thing s and experiment and see what you like best :D Good luck :D

my favorite side is a whole mess of sauteed spinach with caramelized onions all made in a mix of grassfed butter and drippings from the main meat (pork, strip, sirloin, etc.)

Clarified butter (ghee), grassfed butter, or any spices you want!

When going paleo, it is important to remember the wide variety of spices there are to make the food we can eat interesting!

This ranch dressing is very good, I have made it.

PS I put salsa on everything!!! Either homemade or store bought (organic and sugar free of course!)

If you do dairy occasionally, you could splurge with some homemade Ranch. Mark Sisson posted a recipe a while back: http://www.marksdailyapple.com/creamy-ranch-dressing/#axzz2DnipWSFm

I love a sprinkle of lemon pepper on cooked broccoli (among other veggies).

Nut butters or whole mustard for raw vegetables (like carrot and celery sticks). Olive oil and/or added herbs for salads. For cooked vegetables, roast them in either olive or coconut oil, with added herbs.

Nut butters for carrots and celery. There are tons of "plaeo" ranch dressings out there.
