I love vegetables, especially cruciferous vegetables and onions. I get inflammatory responses by way of swelled eyes & hands, headache, ringing in my ears...literally feel like I have a hangover. I have read that prolonged cooking is recommended for someone with autoimmune issues which takes all the flavor away. Anyone else experience this and have overcame the issue or been told what may be the underlying cause for it?
