Hi i'm in paleo since 4 months cause IBS.
I had a very bad diet cause i didn't eat any kind of veggies and fruits.
Now i'm starting to eat the first vegetables and fruits of my life , but i'd like to eat the ones which are better for my gut , the ones with less carbos!
If i make breakfast with a banana it's ok? bana it's a specific carbos kind of fruit?
I'd like to make breakfast with a fruit , i tried the bluebberries but they gave me air inside my gut
Im taking supplements of omega 3rx , magnesium and D3 vitamin

Funny enough, you mention banana (relatively high in carbohydrates) is easier on you than blueberries (relatively much lower), and yet you are looking for fruits with less carbs?
Vegetables and fruits that are high in carbs aren't bad for you. Your IBS may not be related to chemicals you are ingesting, but rather the state of the food when it hits your gut. Banana, tubers & roots (if cooked well) are generally more easily masticated than nuts/seeds or fruit eaten with its skin. I'm guessing the blueberries' skins upset you -- and you probably noticed them "on that way out", too.
So, stick with the banana, if that works for you. Avoid fruits with skin on. Chew thoroughly.

Take a digestive enzyme. I've had IBS, and lactose/fructose intolerance, and it works wonders for me. I nixed dairy, but I still eat lots of veggies. They used to rip my stomach apart and make me bloated... until I started digestive enzymes!
