His 10 year story of how he changed and how his health improved was like Lierre Keith. He also provides fascinating rebuttals to many vegan arguments against animal foods - both in nutrition and ethics.
His style and references are different from Lierre Keith, so it's not like he's repeating her. I think he makes for interesting, amusing reading, anyway.
