this is a video to a raw vegan bodybuilder. It seem small things are more important in there life. Good water. Energy of the things.

Obviously, his magic water machine is the key. I believe it also works as an E-meter.

Mildly amusing video. Hacking can't help him though.

What is your question?

Most of the raw vegan bodybuilders switched after they got big on meat and dairy. It's real hard to get big on raw food.

See Richard Wrangham's Catching Fire for how we are adapted to cooked food. He talks about the BBC EVO diet experiment where everyone lost weight, even though they weren't supposed to.

All the raw vegans I know are super skinny - almost anorexic. Good luck with those guys keeping the muscles they worked so hard for!

Yeah, I don't know about that water purifying gizmo. Seems pretty absurd to me. But hey, whatever floats your boat.

I liked that he brought up meditation and improving digestion instead of eating more. That makes a lot of sense.

Robert Cheeke is a fairly well known vegan bodybuilder, that I think does a lot of raw, and got big as a vegan. When I was vegan, this is basically the way I ate too. All the gluten would probably kill me now though.
