Is vascularity healthy?

I get huge pumps from getting low body and huge amounts of salt in my diet

I have a paleo diet but I eat way more carbs (carbs from fruit juice and coconut sugar) and lower fat than the average paleo follower

That looks awesome dude, color me jelly. All you need now is some side burns and adamantium claws and you're set for the next X-men movie.

I don't think there's anything that says vascularity is a sign of health or not. Some people are more veiny than others. I only noticed mine popping out after leaning out... so in that sense, they're healthier than a layer of fat, then again, they're slightly more vulnerable since they're closer to the skin.
