Hello everyone

Last 2 years i did a LOT of reading about paleo diet and currently following a 80% paleo diet. However right now my focus is towards school and other things now and I don't have much free time. What is the best way to stay upto date with the paleo world?

cheers :)

The Jaminet's do an around the web about once a month, and Primal Blueprint does something similar in their weekend link love every week. I find those two are pretty good if I'm busy.

Subscribe to an RSS feed of some sort like Feedly (not Google Reader since it's being cancelled... Gees, thanks for the inconvenience Groogle * Shakes fist in the air *)

Pick out your favourite bloggers to subscribe to and you'll be able to see on your feed when the latest posts come through. So you have one point of reference to keeping up to date on what's going down. You could just set aside an hour of your week or whatever fits your schedule to flick through them and see what catches your eye.

A Paleo official manual. With updated sections marked as such.

Otherwise, you're on the re-read treadmill again.
