I'm looking for some foods that are low in omega 6, fructose, and other things to be avoided on paleo, that are dense in calories and don't fill me up. Right now I'm thinking macadamia nuts but I can't find them anywhere neer where I live

Add coconut oil or palm oil to everything. Cook vegetables in it. Go for fattier cuts of meat. I also like using macadamia nut oil on salads.
