Champagne Yeast in the UK

While not Paleo, I do like to drink on the occasion but I avoid beers. After a quick search around it seems that making your own cider (so you could definitely trust what was in it) at home isn't too hard but you need champagne yeast. I was just asking to see if anyone knows some suppliers in the UK?

While this doesn't answer your question.. I've got organic white grapes and sugar water fermenting on my fridge right now with water kefir grains. It comes out around 0.5-3.0% ABV. More of a champagne-beer-probiotic, but, I'm loving the stuff. I'm going to start up some honey pollengar vinegar tomorrow.
