If you have a hankering for bread, give the bread from The Julian Bakery a try. I don't have it often, just as a treat, but it's absolutely delicious!

Read the ingredients before you buy. If you see any soy, corn anything, brown rice, canola, corn oil, soy oil, sunflower oil, safflower oil "vegetable" oil, or other objectionable ingredients, don't buy it.

That's a big no. But you could do a lot worse. I'll keep a loaf in the freezer in case I ever get the hankering for a almond butter and jelly sandwich. Typically in the summer when my running mileage increases. I don't notice any ill reactions with it.
