No, there's not one Carole out there, but it's not likely two Carole's are out there who hate the same shitty blog. Piss off troll. :)

Carole's blog IS quite the force of nature, I might add. For someone - i.e., CarbSane - who has built a career on attacking inconsistency, avoidance, and hypocrisy in others, why should she be so shocked when she gets called on her own? I believe this is called karma.

So you're implying there can only be one person named Carole?

Apparently you're a troll using Carole's name as she claims on her blog that she does not post on PH.

Okay, but surely positing whether or not she will be at AHS is fanning the flames of her notoriety? If she is truly a nuisance, then the moderators of the forums that she comments on would ban her, right? If you are concerned about reducing the amount of "Paleodrama," then calling attention to Carbsane and asking for gossip about her "real" reasons for not attending AHS does not seem to be the best way to avoid drama. Actually, Melissa McEwan probably has the answer to your question:).

She's a more relevant figure than most people assure (and, yes, I am loathe to give her any kind of credit for anything): Prior to her appearance, the LC/Paleo/Ancestral Foods world was a relatively civil place. Her muckraking & yellow-nutritionism, however, literally opened the floodgates for cyberbullying and attacks on just about everyone - and made people like Melissa McEwen possible (Paleodrama, anyone?). So the fact that there's a growing movement of people enjoying witnessing her getting her just deserts is hardly surprising. All we're trying to do is reduce the malice - on and offline.

I don't know what the party line is, or why anyone would care whether someone attends the Ancestral Health Symposium or not. Perhaps your question could be better answered by gossip-hounds in paleo forums?
