THANKSGIVING RECIPES: Withstanding travel?

  • Or whichever recipe you find to be delightful. Looking for something that is easy to have sit in a car for about three hours, as we're traveling out of town to meet family.

I always have a soft-sided cooler & some reusable ice packs on hand for road trips. Allows for many options...

This one travels pretty well. You can cook it the day before, let it cool in the fridge, and then just throw it in the oven when the turkey comes out.
