I need some hotel room recipes

My boyfriend and I are taking advantage of the latter half of spring break and leaving tomorrow for a long weekend away. We'll be staying in a hotel room with a mini fridge and microwave. Does anyone have some good, non-dessert recipes for microwaves? I'm looking mainly for ones that involve being cooked in a coffee mug, like those little microwavable coffee cup muffins. The boyfriend doesn't eat paleo, but is cutting weight for a fight and has noticed that cutting out bread and letting me cook has great results, so I'm trying to keep him away from easy road trip foods by coming up with hot meals. Thanks y'all!

That sounds like something we'll be making every day. Thanks for the detailed directions :)

The chicken drumsticks look perfect. Thanks for the list!

Scrambled eggs are pretty easy to do in the microwave. Cooking time will depend on the microwave, but put two eggs in a cup, mix well, microwave about 45 sec., stir, then microwave another 30 seconds or so until set. I make this for my sons when we are short on time in the mornings.

You can quick blast sliced carrots and tenderstem broccoli and asparagus etc in the microwave

If it was me I'd probably buy the above, plus some good quality chorizo, cans of mackerel, pistachios and cashews, salad leaves, some garlic infused olive oil and some fruit and natural yoghurt
