I'm a newbie, returning after several months of whole food veganism, starch-centric, v little processed food. Happy to be here!
Week one symptoms: deep fatigue, I could sit in a chair all day. The thought of meal prep/showering/housework is tiring ! This comes and goes, sometimes a few hours. Sometimes I wake up with it, as today. I accept this as part of the transition.
I am getting good, long sleep of up to twelve hours with funky dreams - a blessing!
I lead a fitness based lifestyle ie thrice weekly swims, cycling, nature hikes most days, personal yoga practice and have a bmi of 20-21. I do include rest as part of my schedule.
Do I continue to exercise during this deep fatigue or is it better to surrender and rest?
Any other tips for navigating this transition? Emotional as well as practical!
