Anyone have any solid weekly routines for MMA style training on Paleo?

I posted a couple days ago about training without goals, well I've decided to make a goal. I think I want to get better at BJJ and MMA, and compete down the road. However, I've never trained for this sport and a little lost on how to structure my training. I come from a bodybuilding background. Also, when I was bodybuilding I ran into some adrenal issues from overtraining and eating SAD diet foods through eating 7 meals a day. I am curious how to structure my diet as well since my training will probably be at a higher level and I only eat 3 meals now.

Hope that makes sense and is not a brain dumb....thanks in advance for the help.

I would say as long as you're eating a clean diet, eating when hungry, eating to satiety, getting enough rest and recovery time, you should be fine. Making sure you get enough protein to repair your muscles is likely not a big concern if you're eating paleo. For BJJ and MMA, I would not do low-carb paleo. Eating white potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas, etc to get starch to keep your glycogen stores up should help with explosive/anaerobic-type activity.
