Trader Joe's Coconut Milk & Stabilizer?

Is it possible that Trader Joe's Coconut Milk have some type of stabilizer added even though nothing is listed? My stomach can not handle any type of gums, and I drank some TJ coconut milk yesterday and I had the worse stomach pain. Another indication --the milk does not separate at all.

Sorry I dont believe the Lite does not have stabilizer. I have another brand of Lite and it separates. I think they are allowed to not label if it is under a certain %. But there is no way that there isn't even a slight bit of separation.

It's weird it doesn't separate yet claims not to have a stabilizer, yet Thai Kitchen lists guar gum as a stabilizer and DOES separate... Until recently there was a brand called Blue Dragon that was both cheap and (at least claimed) not to have anything added... I suddenly can't find it anywhere, anyone know what happened?

I'm pretty sure there is a stabilizer in the TJ'S full fat canned coconut milk. And it tasted awful! I bought one can--never again.

Their light coconut milk (green can) has no stabilizers. Most of the fat has been removed. Whereas the full fat stuff (brown can) does.

Can't handle TJ's either! I know that I also bought some frozen food that had no preservatives/any obvious non-paleo ingredients listed, and they were really hard on me. Now I just stay away from their processed food. Might just be in such small amounts they don't have to list it?
