I am quite surprised that no one has addressed the issue of the high amount of dioxin in animal fats, even in organic and grassfed varieties, especially in butter. I just became aware of the issue and have been researching it quite a lot in the past few days and it is alarming how no one in the paleo community is talking about it. Dioxin is probably the most dangerous toxin, but toxins in general accumulate in animal fats, and seeing that this community is all about eating fats, I thought that someone would have addressed this issue...
