Before Paleo I'd been using the big national health groceries brand of Organic Unsweetened AlmondMilk. Found it to be the cleanest then but not from what I know now even has the wrong form of B-12 (Cyanocobalamin) added. I am looking for a really good healthy source of organic almonds to make my own Almond Milk? Does Organic, Pasturiezed or un-pasterized matter? I'd made almond milk before but the cost of the local source I have for almonds is out of sight. But would like to keep almond milk in my diet. Perhaps I'm eating too many nuts anyway?... perhaps green smooties would be better?
