what i ate today-please review

so this morning i had two eggs and butter for breakfast. on my way up to school i had a small apple.(450 cal)

for lunch, i came home and my mom had tuna and olive oil. i had that and then ate a salad with 4 tbs of olive oil, some sunflower seeds, one small strawberry cut over it, and romaine lettuce.(700 cal)

i just had dinner. i had one burger with half an avocado.throughout the day my fruit totals were one apple, about five strawberries. (400 cal)

fruit totals 200 cal)

my main reason for going paleo is because i feel stronger on red meat, think it makes sense, and i want to lose some lbs. i know i need to incorporate more vegetables tomorrow. probably brocolli to my salad. is the EVO at lunch too much?

@higgins1 close....but missed one important piece of data..what is it? I could guess but I'm not going to.

Also...what is waist measurement?

I wear 33 x 32 Levis but my waist is not 33.

hey so yeah right now i am 5 10,160 pounds. i am 23 years old. i wear about a 32 waist.

unfortunately, my hips been bugging me and i am going to get it checked out on the 30. right now i am doing some stretching and some upper body work. no crazy exercise right now.

It is very hard to use to much EVOO. You say 4 tbsps... well you probably lost 25% - 50% of that to the prep and what was sitting at the bottom of the bowl. You could likely drink a glass of the stuff and still be losing weight.

Where you hunger at all? Add a none fruit snack maybe, hard boiled eggs, hand full of cashews?

I think you are overestimating your caloric intake. but looks fine to me.

It would be helpful to know you gender, age, ht, wt, waist (or ~body fat%, how much fat you think you need to lose and some details on your activity ... not "I run some" every day.

That is not a lot of food.... it;s really not a lot of food if you're a guy 18, 6', 185 with 34" waist.

Where's @Matt 11 ? I'm getting ED vibe.

Sounds good / ketogenic to me. If I run a small apple + 5 strawberries through cronometer, I'm looking at 100 cal rather than 200. No such thing as too much Evo, so long as you're getting micros up and calories are where you want them.
