I run and burn 500 kcal on treadmill in 22 minutes, after that i do weight training for 45 minutes, but feel exhausted the whole day. i mean i always feel like tired is it because of age or diet. now for last 2-3 weeks i am also eating whole grains like millet wheat and barley. although i look very fit veins visible on every part of the body but unable to perform, basically lack energy. please suggest
