So....After working in an office environment I find myself always searching for new ways to stay in shape while indoors. My best friend has been 5 Gallon water jugs. I'm able to do "dumbbell' rows, back/front squats, dead lifts with 2 jugs, overhead presses/jerks etc. Got achy lower back muscles? Trying filling a 32oz nalgene with hot water (green tea) and putting in behind you while sitting. Or a platypus 34oz platy bottle works really well too. Anyone else have any other office ideas??
