Anyone find any cures for tinnitis (ringing in ears)?

I have been having ringing in the ears for a while now. I think it started from either A. taking MSM or B. swimming and not letting my ear dry out fully.

It got worse after I got really drunk one night and then worse again 2 days later after I was scrubbing behind my ear really good to get squeaky clean. (So I think it might be inflammation involved)

Has anyone found any successful treatments for this?

You are a persistent little spammer. At least this time you had a topical link, so no -1 for you.

Here's the show notes page for a podcast we did where we discussed tinnitus @ (18:26).

Try putting a probiotic in your ear.
