Have a BJJ competition tomorrow and I go on at 430 pm. Just wondering what I should eat and when(timing) to optimize performance. Thoughts?

I know this isn't an answer as such but, it depends on what you do well on. What do you usually eat for training? if you put in good work when 'rolling' then base it around what you eat on training day. Maybe add a little more starch than usual for a little extra as it's easier on the digestive system than other carbs. Or is the question geared towards you competing at a different time than you normally train at? If its the latter then i will humbly step aside & let an experienced BJJ practitioner advise you. sorry i can't be of any more help & good luck!!
